Governance Information
Governance arrangements are in place to ensure that all aspects of the Trust are rigorously held to account. Members, Trustees and Local Governing Bodies operate observing the Nolan seven principles of public life.
As a trust, we will always act in the best interests of our children and staff and manage all resources responsibly and with integrity.
As a single legal entity, our Trust is built on the basis of collaboration and shared accountability; Trustees have the ultimate legal responsibility and accountability for the Trust, they depend on the insight from local governing bodies.
All governance shares in the drive to improve the quality of education for all children and young people across the Trust.
The Governance Organisation Structure that we follow is shown in the graphic below and the scheme of delegation contains further information.
