The CEO & Accounting Officer for the MET is Mr Kevin Ford. 

Kevin can be contacted at  Kford@marlowet.org. He has extensive experience with and working to support schools in Marlow and across Buckinghamshire.

The MET central team comprises various teams led by the following individuals.

Petia Ivanova, CFO - A qualified accountant with over 20 years' experience both in the private and education sectors. As the Trust's CFO, Petia is responsible for shaping the overall financial strategic direction of a growing multi-academy trust, as well as compliance and long term financial sustainability. As part of the executive team, her role involves working closely with various stakeholders and the central services finance team. 

Ralph Batten, Director of School Improvement - Ralph is Director of school Improvement for Great Marlow School, Buckinghamshire and for the Marlow Education Trust. He is also the independent Associate Director of Education for The Insignis Education Trust and provides independent training and executive support to schools and academies throughout the country.  Previously he was the Assistant Director of Inspections training and accrediting an ISP Ofsted Inspector workforce. Ralph was also a successful headteacher in London before becoming Senior Lecturer in Education at Christ Church College, Canterbury. For several years, he worked for the State of Jersey supporting Headteachers as well as with the National College of School Leadership (NCSL) and the Welsh Assembly Government as Director of Leadership Programmes for Serving Headteachers.

Anna Summerfield, HR Director - An HR professional with 15 years' experience both in the Retail and Education sectors with prior experience in Retail Operations.  An Employee Relations specialist providing strategic leadership to align HR Strategy with the Trust's business objectives, drive organisational change and develop a culture of high performance. As part of the executive team, her role involves working closely with various stakeholders and the central services team. 

Tom McWilliams, Operations Director - Our Operations Director, Mr Tom McWilliam, has worked in the education sector for the last 7 years across both state and private schools.  He oversees the development and implementation of the operational strategy for the trust, which includes, Estates Management, IT, Risk Management, Governance, Health and Safety and Compliance. As part of the executive team, he works closely with school-based operational teams, senior leadership teams and the trustees.
